@jdelica I never had time to get to it so I had a mechanic do it, I'm still having issues with the oil leaking into the fuel line. It leaks less than it did before but still having issues. Im torn between trying to find the time to do it myself or just take it to a shop that has done the...

Here are some closing pics of the brake job.
Check the clearance on the rotor
Rotor and caliper have seen better days
Old brakes worn out
Make sure you leave the PIN in before attaching the brake line
Snug as a bug

Brake lines are in good shape. I went through and checked everything. Not as rusty as you would think for a 30 year old vehicle that gets used. It's definitely not a show toy. I use it as a daily driver and the 4wd is definitely engaged quite a bit :).
I had to drive into town last night...
Thanks @DustAngel Here are some pics that I took for reference. They are from the right side rear.
The caliper casting number is 1520. Last picture is the brake pads.

I just started tearing into my rear brakes today. Let me know if you figured this out. If not I will keep up this post with what I find out. Hoping I don't have to order parts from overseas (Im in WA State)

I've got a mechanic 3 doors down who does pretty good work. If it's something big I'll let him at it, otherwise I'll do it myself.
You could have a shop just pull the pump, send it off to get rebuilt and then have the shop put it back together for you.
Oregonfuelinjection.com can rebuild the...
Probably not. Its a simple part but this is a low end replacement for a cheap fix. Its a great part for initially diagnosing before you spend more money but it'll probably get you about 3-5 years of use before you need to replace it again. I bought mine in March of 2020 and it still works if...
It would help if you copied and pasted the text from the comments on the Amazon listing. Otherwise we have no idea which/what comment you are referencing,
No worries!
I have not yet had the pump serviced. I have a shop lined up to do it but it could take 2-3 days before they get me in and then another 2-3 weeks to get the pump rebuilt and then another 2-3 days to get the pump back in the engine. And our little daily driver died and we haven't...
Someone asked and I just figured I would post the pics here for reference.
The HUB Spindle tool part I used (Hacked) was purchased from Napa Auto parts.
Keep in mind this was used to remove the hub locknut on a 1994 Delica L400 Exceed 2 Short Wheel Base.
Not sure if all Delicas use the same...

I have pushed this project back into May. I have a local mechanic lined up to help with the pump pull. I have ordered the original Bosch seal and the rebuild kit for the IP. Still considering having the pump rebuilt by Oregon Fuel Injection down in Eugene. They did confirm they could do the...
Im with ya on the getting old. I used to think it was too much money to pay when I could do it myself. These past years though the money is starting to seem more and more worth it.
Let us know how they do. Always looking for good mechanics and a solid shop.
