What type of oil do you use?

Hi. I’ve used Royal Purple full synthetic for years in mine and have had no issues.

Accidentally drained a fluid and not sure what it was to refill it

Thank you for the information. Always like having those with better knowledge confirm what’s correct. Appreciate it. Last question hopefully. When filling it back up is it safe to just fill it up to the bottom of the fill point or could that be too much?

Accidentally drained a fluid and not sure what it was to refill it

Thanks. Was pretty sure it was that as I did some more research but wanted someone else to confirm it. As I’ve been looking from the top of the engine to that area, I’m guessing to fill it takes place from underneath? How do I know if I have a limited slip or locking differential to purchase...

Accidentally drained a fluid and not sure what it was to refill it

Hi everyone. Had a nice blond moment this evening when I went to do an oil change on my '93 L300. I was in cruise control mode and went for the drain bolt that is near the same spot as my daily driver. As I took it out I instantly knew I had screwed up. It is the first drain pan up front and...

    Washer fluid reservoir access

It’s for the road flare that came with the van. It fits perfectly in the bracket.

    Curtains

I have extensively looked online to purchase some and came up with zilch. I went to a fabric store and found some material that I liked and am going to get some quotes from custom automotive seamstresses that were listed at the store.

    JDM in Seattle

Hi zonbonzovi! My experience with Eli at JDM was good. The van has been working out well for me since I bought it. Just completed a week and a half road trip with it over to Montana and was worried about some of the mountain passes and being away from my mechanic but had zero issues. I found...

    Part Number Thread for L300

Will try to get a few pics when I can get underneath. Ordered the shocks and E at Apex says they should work, his only concern was thinking they may be on the short side. Will have to see.

    Part Number Thread for L300

Thank you! I’ll check them out. These have been the most difficult parts to replace. Noticed a lot of companies say they’re compatible and then the linkage design is completely different.

    PNW non-traditional schedules

Hey everyone. Just thought I'd put this out there in case there are others in the same situation. Anyone open to meet ups other than weekends for those who work them? Mid-week days off here.

    Part Number Thread for L300

Has anyone had issues finding compatible rear shocks for their vans? I just sent back the third pair that again were suppose to be the correct style. Using the part finder on MegaZip using all the information off of my VIN the original part number is MB339214. The closest was a set of Pro...
