That was the plan at first but I'm leaning more towards just a new roof if its doable because i want to have a roof rack with other bits on the roof too
I've recently got a super exceed l300 as a project. I've managed to get it all mechanically sound now I'm moving onto the rust but I'm suck with what to do with the roof as its full of holes and looks pretty much irreparable so i started looking for info to see if anyone has replaced the roof...

I’ve got it mechanically fine just got to get on top of the rust then get it a MOT and hopefully get to drive it this summer!!

I took 5 minutes after work today to get a good look at the inlet banjo and i managed to find the small pill sized filter and it was absolutely CLOGGED with a thick red fibrous dried goop i cleaned it the best i could and put it back in and its back to revving as it should and sounding...
I'm thinking of just replacing the IP I'm lucky enough to have a donor delica that's very rotten but has a healthy engine and IP the only thing is it looks to be a different IP and I'm not sure if it will be a straight swap.
The donor delica is a 1992.
The one I'm trying to fix is 1991.
I recently bought a 1991 super exceed l300 model, which I plan to work on as a project from time to time. the problem i have is that it struggles to rev past 2.5k RPM unless I simultaneously depress the primer, allowing it to momentarily exceed 3.5k RPM before once again experiencing fuel...
