Sorry to be that guy who only posts with an issue. But I have a issue I can't seem to find any answers to. Just tried servicing my 91 Delica's ac for summer trips and there ac only seems to be blowing cold in the rear of the vehicle. Unsure where to start looking. Any direction would be amazing.

I would start by checking that the mixing valve/flapper actually moves and is in the right position.

I'll check where that is when I have better internet. Is that controled in cab with the climate controls? My vent controls haven't let me move over to defrost and I wondered if it was connected in any way.

A quick check is to move the temperature lever quickly from hot to cold and back: you should hear the valve making a "flumph" noise and feel resistance on the lever.
Another quick test is to run the AC and feel the temperature of the pipes where they run from the floor to the condenser: on the passenger side, behind a black metal shield at floor level.

The valve was indeed switching but the pipes weren't getting cold. I'm gonna order some parts and give it a overhaul. Thanks for giving somewhere to start looking.
