Hey! just went through this in January with my L400. I managed to repair all the windows with lexan! worked out great no leaks! I did some crude bodywork using a ram jack Ill upload some photos so you can get an idea of what to do if you go this route!

Did you ever get an answer? I would assume since you used anayama that you put in your vin, the only answer I can think of is the 94-95 rack is different that 96 on, just ordered a used one for my 94 and it’s leaking, looking at rebuilding it

I went with the KYB monomax 565008 for late 90s ford f150s. right length but 12mm eye instead of 16mm delica. I bored one of them out today with some labor but I got one done and the other will be done tomorrow. Will post back on ride quality and photos of process. Should be a good setup!

yeah cable makes more sense for the way they operate now that you say that, it sounds like what I described it as though to get an idea of what I’m hearing. Something with some mass freely sliding back and forth and a then a clank at each tip of the van in each direction. Hope that helps...
