I agree — for really low mileage they are getting tough. All the press on auto sites and the New York Times has really pushed them up. I purchased three over the period of a year, and now I can hardly tough them. Even the brokers in Japan are costing $17-$25k for anything nice.

You may also want to clean or replace the IAC. Sounds like a more likely culprit than TPS to me.
