Is there an easy way to access the relay panel?

The relay panel is right above the fuse panel. I can see it through a gap between the dash and the door jamb. Is there an easy way to access it without resorting to pulling apart the dashboard? Otherwise I may just cut myself an access door in side of the dash. Thanks.
