front bumper

Hey Folks out there who are wiser and more experinced than I, I want to remove my front bumper to deal with rust and repaint it but I don't know how to take it off. Has anyone done this? Where are all the secret places it's attached? Anyone have photos? I'm struggling here! Thanks!

Anyone care to share the front bumper mounting point dimensions if they have already measured it? A guy on the delica Canada facebook page mentioned guys using jeep bumpers and modifying but has yet to respond on which bumpers specifically they went with or what year/model jeep it is so I am on...

Does anyone have a front bumper for sale? I hit a deer last fall and I still can’t track one down. I even checked at Megazip and Amayama and they are discontinued now.
