Trying to track down a high pitch metallic rattling noise coming from the cool box Does anyone know how this thing comes apart so I can inspect the inside? Its somewhere just below the Hot/Cool/Ice Switch. The top panel seems to lift up a bit but I don't want to risk breaking it.

I've had my delica about 6 months now and really love it except... the noise! I've got so many squeeks and rattles you can barely hear the stereo. Most are around the passenger door area and dash. Anyone track these down and solve them? I believe they are more age related than milage...
