For sale is my one-of-a-kind offroad beast! I built this van up to be able to take me anywhere, and get there reliably. I've been on multiple trips keeping up with old XJ Jeeps and new Tacomas/4Runners - everyone is always shocked when this thing makes it through no problem! Pretty sad to be letting it go, but it has reached nearly the peak of its potential, and now it has me wanting to push harder which isn't realistic for a Delica.

BLUF - looking to get $30k

Are there cheaper vans? Absolutely. Based off what I've seen with what you get with the other vans, this one is the most adventure-ready, reliable, and coolest one available. I have easily put more than $30k into this van and am trying to sell and give to somebody who wants one ready to go and nothing left to worry about. This one has practically no rust and has all the mods needed to take you on some wild adventures.

Less than 5k miles ago, I went through a major overhaul on the van:
Brand new D4BF engine with a Garrett GT1749 turbo (water-cooled). New engine mounts, heater and coolant hoses, fuel filter primer housing, clutch, starter, and radiator fan, DelicaWorks aluminum radiator, DelicaWorks 5mm steel skid plates, DelicaWorks 2.5" side exit exhaust were all completed at the same time to support the new engine. To protect the hefty investment, installed EGT and boost gauges as well. After break in, I went to Brian @ JDMOffroad Imports for a professional tune now running 15psi utilizing a Greddy boost controller.
Other items include: FTS flush mount snorkel, KC Pro6 50" light bar, ARB 89" roof rack, Gary Lee custom hatch rack with tire carrier and ladder, 6x KC scene lights around the rack for 360º of lighting. Will come with 5x Cooper STT Pros 30x9.5.
Suspension upgrades include sway bar bushings, Dobinson front shocks, Hyundai 24mm torsion bars, and KYB rear shocks. I will include a full set of leaf spring bushings that I haven't had a chance to install yet.
This van also has a Lokka in the front differential and a Harrop ELocker in the rear. All electronics are ran through an SPOD electronic controller - makes all the wiring super clean with an easy button panel installed in the dash that has one wire running to the rear where a power block is mounted behind the driver's seat. New Odyssey battery. All 3 wiper arms have been replaced with newer OEM arms so they can use modern wiper blades.
This van comes with the highly coveted slider windows in all 3 locations, and I just recently installed new rubber weather stripping for them.

For the interior, it is a GLX so very basic. Provides the perfect jump off point for a camper build out and you won't feel like you are destroying something valuable like those fancy Super Exceed interiors. Front carpet has been removed and the floor has been rubberized. Door cards aren't very pretty, but everything is functional. 1989 means pre-facelift so you get the old square style headlights (I liked the look better), and manual locks and windows which means less that can break!

If you are still reading and you are excited about the thought of having a reliable old van that is actually as capable as it looks, shoot me a PM or text at 425.231.4987 - I'm based out of Everett, WA
