Karr Automotive did all of the maintenance & repairs since it arrived in the US in 2018. Custom tire & diesel canister. This was my daily driver but alot of off road sites are no longer available and driving alot more for work so it's times. Runs great.
4 items that may need attention, roof, tires, passenger door with rust, and driver side arm rest. Have plenty of additional pictures if wanted.
8/18 service Differentials, Transfer Case, Transmission Mount and Balance Tire Dismount old tire, inspect wheel for damage, mount new tire, balance tire and wheel assembly
Install front ball joint spacers. replacement front shocks, rear shocks, rear revolver shackles Trim front Fenders for wheel clearance
Lube, oil, and filter DIESEL Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle. Replace Fuel Filter

10/18 Replace Batteries, Replace Starter
11/18( Lube, oil, and filter DIESEL Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. ,Adjust Hand Brake, Adjust engine Idle Speed, Drain and Fill Transfer Case, Replace Rear Crankshaft Oil Seal Mount and Balance Tire, Crankshaft Seal, Housing Seal.
2/19 Replace Front Brakes Parts:, Front Rotors, Brake Hardware, Brake Pads Front Premium - OE Ceramic.
5/19 replace driveshaft Install customer supplied fog lights Install Customer supplied multigauge, Install CB radio , Install Snorkel, EGR Blockoff Plates, Fuse Taps, Air Filter.
6/19 Lube, oil, and filter DIESEL Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures, Replace Fuel Filter, OIL FILTER, Install Wind Visors.
7/19 AC Belt replacement, AC Compressor replacement, AC Flush Solvent, AC retrofit Fittings, Fan Fuse replacement, Filter Drier.
11/19 Install reverse lights, Install backup camera, Install license plate LED Install bumper mounted whip antenna, Install Tire, Rotate Tires Replace Batteries.
12/19 Starter rebuild , remove and replace starter.
3/20 Replace Front Pads, Rotors, Re-Pack Wheel Bearings, Lube, oil, and filter.
4/20 Replaced hydraulic clutch line, clutch replacement, Replace Crankshaft Rear Seal and Housing , Align Vehicle 4 Wheel Alignment, Replace Clutch Assembly. Replace worn transmission support bushings , Crankshaft Seal,, Clutch Hose, Febest Transmission Support Bushings.
8/20 Replace Diesel Injection Pump and injectors, Replace Valve Cover Gasket, Adjust Valves , Replace a/c belt, Replace fuel line
Hose Clamp, Hose Corbin Clamp Assist (Vendor. Valve Cover Gasket Set, Belt-Power Steering , Belt-Altemator, Fuel Line Hose, Change oil and oil filter. Service differentials, transfer case, transmission.
11/20 Rebuild Master Cylinder, 5- Rear Axle Shaft Seals,
10/21 Axe Seal Rear, Retainer, Bearing, Outer Bearing Seal, 6- Drum Brake Shoes & Hardwar, Brake Shoes, Drum Brake Hardware Kit, 2 Tire Rotation & Balance, 3- Driveshaft Universal Joint
12/21 Universal Joint (U-Joint), Front Disc Brake Upgrade.
7/22 -Brake Pads Front, Ultra Premium Ceramic- Akebono Brake Caliper w/ Hardware - Right Front, Brake Caliper w/ Hardware - Left Front BRAKE ROTOR SEAL, 2-Brake Flex Hose(s) - Front, Brake Hydraulic Hose, 4-Lube, Oil & Filter Service, GOOD KARRMA-BASH PLATE install,
7/22 1- Found poor contact in fuse link box pigtail connectors. Removed connectors and installed hard butt connection with weather packed heat shrink tubing, 2- Battery replaced (Warranty), 3-Shift Lever Repairs.
