A/T and battery light

So both of these lights turned on in my vehicle and when I drive they dim down every time I press on the brake. Also these lights don’t always turn on when I turn on the vehicle and go on for a drive. Any suggestions on what this can be??

Alternator may be on its way out. Check your voltage with a multi meter at idle and under load.

Do you know what voltage it’s suppose te be at? Is it the same at idle and under load?

12.4 volts at idle and 14 volts under load or there about.

So it’s 12.4 idle and under load it’s about 13.6, is this a possible alternator issue?

Actually it went up a little higher the 14.5 rechecked after the car being on for a little while
