Help! 1992 won't start in PDX

My wife and I are visiting Portland Oregon from Seattle and our 1992 won't start this morning. Can anyone recommend someone that can help?

I think it might be ignition related. We're parked at the White Eagle.

What are the symptoms?
Not cranking could be the GP/starter relay fusible link, the starter solenoid signal wire connection, the starter relay, or wiring.

Turns over normally. Smoke from the exhaust during cranking. I'm thinking glow plug related as I don't hear the relay.
