Hey All ! Wanted to post an update.... THE VAN HAS BEEN SPOTTED IN PORTLAND. With the help of @Crankshaft Culture and a friend of his in the area, my van was spotted in South-Eastern Portland. It looks like it has really been through it.. the roof rack is gone and the rear window is shattered...

Been searching all day but no luck. I have a hunch it might have been dumped in the woods of the surrounding area so I’ll be continuing to my search there for a while. Thanks for all the support and eyes out there ! I have good confidence that if its on the road it will be seen !
