Thanks @sk66. Your wisdom in this forum is greatly appreciated from all of us members. Is it a hard decision because it could be a lot simpler fix with cracked head? I almost wonder if it is worth upgrading to the D4BF so Johnny Delica can live a more longer fruitful life.

Just fine. No change in temperature. There is oil all in the underside, so I'm thinking cracked block. If this is a cracked block, are we talking possible engine replacement? If so, what engine should I be looking at and where do I get it?
