I just thought I should mention that Auto Tech Services of Centralia (Was LeDuc's Service Center) is still willing to work on Delicas. I have my L400 there now for some minor work.
HA! When I got mine, my 17yo boy laughed at me every time I did that . 2 months later the wife and I were going to dinner and she asked me to drive her Honda, and the first time driving a LHD since I got my L400. . . . . Same thing! I was hitting the wipers in place of the turn signal:D
