rust Suspension SPRING SHACKLE plate.

I just noticed some pretty bad rust spots under my van today.

but I think its simply the Suspension SPRING SHACKLE plate. what do you think?

anyone else had this issue?

I will remove and clean it up
but should I get new ones or is it not necessary?

Those aren't really needed. Which is good because IDT you can get them either...

Just make sure the U-bolt spacing is right when you reinstall them.
