It's nice looking with a good interior and the price is reasonable. That engine change may be a question but it's worth checking carefully and buying.

Also check tire wear as it's lifted. Many of the lifted delicas have poor tire camber. It shows on the tire wear. Check the tire tread wear across all 4 tires, it should be close from side to side. If not it may be an indication of a problem. Lift both front wheels. Check movement up n down then side to side for ball joint and tie rod wear. They may have been rotated so the worn tires could be on the rear.

I really like my V6 but the fuel mileage is a problem in the V6's. Check the amount of soot in the tail pipe. If it is black to the touch it uses excess gas and may need new injectors. It can run very smooth but still burn too much gas. Thats not a big issue but your range decreases to 400 kms on a tank.
