    Hi Olive_Juice, I'm afraid I've part dismantled my printer to upgrade it at the moment. I didn't really think about going down the production route. You might be able to find a local 'maker' group or 'fab lab' near you that would have no problem in printing them off from the STL file I put up.

    If you don't have any success finding someone nearby and you're not in a hurry, and only need a small quantity, I'd happily print a few off and send the to you once I've done my upgrade. I've also seen someone mentioned on here who is offering them for sale (can't remember the details but I'll have a look later on).
