I have a complete Garret Turbocharger available. If you have a pre water cooled turbo engine (pre 1993) you'll have to come up with some fittings to hook up the water cooling if you'd like it to be fully functional but the water cooling is not necessary.

Being a 2 pin connector and that you have constant 12v, the ground side is what is triggered with the headunit. You'll need to probe the ground wire on that 2 pin and then work the controller. It should switch.
