I have had this van since Nov 2022 and love it but dont need 2 import vehicles. Since November 2022: new tires, alignment, new battery, new air cleaner, 2 oil changes, changed front and rear differential fluid, turned front brake rotors. Little ding rear lower sliding door and the center console trim piece is broken but aside from that in good shape. Base model as near as I can tell.

looks like something youd probably need to find on a van getting parted out. I may be wrong but i don't think the japanese warehouses will ship full new dashboards (if they even stock them). I know they are picky about shipping certain things even when they have it (ie. moulded carpets). Id expect the install would be a pain too, but worth it!

Not sure what caused the dash issue. Its only the part that surrounds the radio and heater. I highlighted it in red on the attached. Its like it was made with cheap plastic. The guy who runs the Delica shop in Canada said 400ish to replace. I would have to dig up that email. I would take it off but in contains the hazard button and rear defrost. I do have a New Zealand trip in January so it should be easier to pick up there.
