Hello, I have a 97 Delica Space Gear Chamonix. It's registered/titled in Oregon and it runs great. Here's a link to it with pictures that does a better job of describing it than I could:
https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1997-mitsubishi-delica/
I have added a 4k front and rear camera (for recording traffic, not a back-up camera) and sent it to Parkrose Auto in Portland this July where it spent a month getting a once-over. The owner, Dan, did a cam cover intake reseal and replaced the bushings on all four wheels. The cam seal didn't need to be replaced immediately but I wanted to not worry about anything. The total for the work was $3500, most of which was labor costs. Other than the work performed, there were no other issues with it and besides transportation miles to pick it up from Tacoma and the mechanic, I have driven it sparingly.
So why am I selling? A few reasons. My wife won't drive it because the steering wheel is on the right-hand side, and isn't a fan of it even when I drive. Second, after two years of remission, I just found out that I have cancer for the second time. Last, because of both the cancer and the health/age of my father, I'd like to move back to Rochester, NY when my lease expires. I guess that what I'm saying is that to my knowledge there isn't anything wrong with the Delica, it's my situation.
