I remember looking through your 26 Jul 2020 post while I was working on getting a van imported through Amazing Auto Imports. I also have the V6 LWB and being over 6'1", room to sit up is really important to me. I love your set-up, it looks fantastic. The reason I'm looking at 8020 is because I plan on setting up pull-out storage under the bed (accessible through the back), and also to keep down weight. I've watched a lot of YouTube videos on anchoring the bed down to the wheel well using the same hole from the rear seats.@Hogan I didn't use 8020, but my version might be helpful to look at especially the mounting to the van floor. I think that's what you were asking about. I went straight into where the back seats bolt to the wheel wells. I've seen someone use riser blocks to get more storage, but I prioritized headroom especially because I use it as an actual bench. I do have three total single leg supports for the middle area, and can send additional photos if you want. You may not need that if you build a frame out of 8020 though.
