'94 Jasper; new owner introduction

Wife and I recently purchased a new dog hauler. Here's our '94 Jasper purchased from Eagle Cars in Spokane. Very positive experience throughout - Highly recommend, Evan is a great dude that helps us get exactly what we were expecting. Always been interested in these odd vehicles and we had to jump on this one as soon as it popped up.

54k miles on it. Overall very clean and a great example of an L300. They overhauled alot of maintenance prior to purchase which is great - time to put some imperial miles on it! Little to no rust underneath and we even have the purchase sheet from USS when Eagle Cars imported. Along with paper work, original manuals etc which is cool. A lot of Google Translator digging through things which is always fun. Got it just in time for that snow storm up here in Beaverton/Portland area.

Recent Maintenance:

  • Engine Oil & Filter
  • Fuel Filter
  • Air Filter
  • Valve Cover Gasket
  • Both Timing Belts
  • Idler Pulleys
  • Front Main Seal & Balance Shaft Seal
  • Water Pump
  • Thermostat
  • Radiator
  • Upper & Lower Radiator Hose
  • Fresh Coolant
  • EGR Delete
  • Front Brake Pads
  • Front Wheel Bearings
  • Rear Axle Seals
  • BF Goodrich KO2 Tires
Flaws:

  • Jasper Decals are Faded/Missing
  • Dent on rear left side
  • Paint faded on rear bumper
  • Radio only works on 88.7FM
Currently waiting on a steering wheel hub and a couple odd things to add to the experience. Just wanted to post something on here as i will probably lurk around a lot digging for information and writeups. One thing i love about this car is how much damn information is out there and how-to's. Might use this thread to add photos and ask questions along the way. Also hopefully connect with some other owners up here.
