A New Monsoon Guard Source Possibly?

Got it installed, but now my window doesn't go up all the way. Theres about a 2mm gap along the top part of the window. Wonder if its because I have new weather stripping and its a bit thick?? I also had to remove the wind faring clips to get everything to fit.
Unfortunately I broke both of the brittle OEM rain guards while removing them from the track :( so this is what i've got now.
