I found this wire coming off the little black "switch". From what I can figure the throttle hits the switch when it is pressed all the way.
Anyone know what the wire/switch is for? And where should I plug it back into.

Hope this helps, you can see the white connector to the right, its a switch to cut the AC at high throttle.
