About to buy a 1989 Van and I have questions!

I'm looking at purchasing a Mitsubishi van and there are two issues with it, side door doesn't work and there is a missing side window. It's also automatic which I would prefer manual. My questions:
1. How hard is it to find glass for this vehicle?
2. Where the automatics any good?

I'm not sure if this is an l300, the guy is just selling it as a Mitsubishi Van 1989.

Not too hard to find, but not cheap.
I've not heard of any issues particular to the automatic. Not had any issues myself...

It would be the same vehicle, just 2wd.

1. No experience ordering glass. Probably the same story as most parts. Won't find it down the street, but can be ordered. Where ya at? There's a significant amount of Delica importers/shops in British Columbia that can get you most anything you need. Some other websites, too.
2. Automatics are good; I wanted a manual too, but slim pickings. Didn't let it get in the way of a good deal in the end.
