Belt source issues

My balance belt snapped a month ago causing engine failure. There's been delays in UAE (cheaper part/shipping total than Japan) warehouse supply because of weather I suppose. At least that's the current notice on Amayama. I'm wondering if anyone in the states has extras or knows of a US supply and alternative? I drive a 1991 L300. MD050119 (or replacement MD363481) for the balance; MD134377 (or replacement MD197153) for the valve timing.

Delica USA lists Napa 250092, Dayco 95092, and GatesT092 as compatible replacements for the balancer belt; Napa 25009, Dayco 95091, and Gates T091 for the timing belt. Are these "reliable"?

I replaced belts, pulleys, and seals back in 2021, but it seems the balance belt couldn't handle the chugga chugga in a recent drive up Ortega Highway in SoCal. Luckily I was only 4 miles from home so AAA covered the tow. I don't see damage to the rockers, but I ordered a head gasket kit from DelicaUSA at least. Seems that's the next potential failure I'd fume over, so I'll replace it while I have the engine open. They don't have balance belts in stock, but they do stock the Gates T091 timing belt. I could probable add that to my order before they ship the gasket kit.

Other parts I'm contemplating are a dipstick O-ring and new turbo. These are two places I can trace a couple of my leaks to. I'll post photos later for other leak source queries. Thanks!

I would suggest to go for OEM head gasket and related parts if possible for your quality work. Also dip stick oring, any small orings in stock as well as a balancer belt.

Yes; at least the Dayco/Delco/Gates are... I imagine one of them makes the NAPA part as well. I have OEM (and others) on hand in the US; but you will save money buying from Amayama instead.
