** LOCATED IN VANCOUVER, CANADA **
(ie. you need to come to Vancouver, Canada and drive the car back into the USA - this is easy, see details at bottom)

OVERVIEW:
This is the ultimate adventure van, fully retrofit for easy conversion to camping - including a comfortable folding double mattress (with foam topper) and an internal diesel heater that you can run when the car is off (ie. when it's chilly outside, you are warm and toasty). It's a fantastic road trip vehicle in all seasons, great off-road with reliable on-the-fly 4x4, and a great urban commuter that fits all your family and friends.

VEHICLE DETAILS:
- 1994 Mitsubishi Delica V6 3000 (takes regular gas, NOT diesel).
- Over the last year we have put a lot of professional work/maintenance on it (we have all the receipts from the shop/mechanic for proof), so most of the components and parts have been replaced and are new. As such, it is running great and it should run for a long time without any maintenance required. We did a long road trip through Yellowstone this summer without ANY problems!!
- The interior is in excellent condition and has all the seats (5) which are in mint condition. The two front captain seats go back and forth and swivel 360 degrees so you can enjoy sitting relaxed and comfortable in the van on days/evenings when the weather is yuck (see photos). The back bench seats 3.
- A full wooden platform is built to support a comfortable and spacious queen-sized bed - the foamy is comfortable and we added an additional memory foam topper which makes for a great night's sleep. Bed and foamy fold up easily to so you can drive with 2 back seats available. Frame was professionally installed and bolted to the floor for safety.
- We had a diesel heater professionally installed (the kind which are installed in sailboats) which can be turned on when the vehicle is off and provides an incredible amount of heat! We have slept warm and cozy in the van during snowstorms!
- The vehicle is great off road. We've taken it camping up many forest service roads and it handles great. The tires we have on it are great year round and off-road (good in the snow).

RECENT MECHANICAL WORK DONE IN PAST YEAR (we have receipts for proof):
- Front wiper motor replaced - Oct. 18, 2018
- Engine oil + filter change - Oct. 18, 2018
- New battery - Aug. 18, 2018
- Air filter change - Aug. 18, 2018
- Starter motor solenoid replaced - Aug. 18, 2018
- Steering rack & pinion replaced - Apr. 18, 2018
- New front & rear break calipers - Apr. 6, 2018
- New front & rear breaks (pads, rotors) - Jan. 3, 2018
- New timing belt - Jan. 30, 2018
- New alternator - Jan. 30, 2018
- New front suspension ball joints - Jan. 3, 2018
* Lots of life left on high quality BF Goodrich All-Terrain, All Season Tires

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- fully automatic drive
- on-the-fly 4x4 locking differential
- Roof racks included and hitch for mountain bike rack on the back included
- Always regularly maintained
- Very low kms (odo: 123,034km)
- Includes removable faceplate with CD player; radio; AUX input
- Automatic windows and door locks - all working
- Vehicle theft alarm system works perfectly
- Rubber foot mats for front and middle seats (along with the original carpeted ones)
- Skylights in the roof let lots of natural light in

DEFICIENCIES (yes, we're listing them ALL - there are not many!):
- automatic lock for side door doesn't work (need to manually lock/unlock)
- one skylight cover does not fully close (we just put a cover in)

WHY WE ARE SELLING IT:
My partner is starting full-time school and I am starting a new full-time job in 2019, so we won't have as much time for fun road-trip adventures and it doesn't make sense for us financially to have this second adventure van vehicle (now with tuition to pay, etc.). It's been fun while we've had it, but it's time to start a new life chapter.
