Carseats in L300 Campers

Hey there,
Trying to buy my first L300 and I found one that I can afford and that I like, and that my wife likes. But then I realized since it's already "camperized" theres nowhere to put a carseat for our 3 month old baby. I'm sure this issue has come up for others -- is there a way to either get a factory captains chair back in here, or some otherwise (safe and legal) solution without tearing stuff up too much? Any advice is welcome! Thank you

You probably do not want the captains chairs... those seatbelts cannot be intentionally locked and they only have inertial locking (they don't have centripetal locks).

Since your van doesn’t have airbags put the little baby in the front and have the adult in the back. I have seen a jump seat behind the driver or passenger seats so that’s an option for the adult.

I think 3 point came late 1991. Definitely check the van before buying. I installed my own from a parted out van.

IDK for sure, but probably...
ALR (switchable) rear seatbelts like we are used to became mandatory in the mid 90's in the US, but not in the rest of the world.
