Delica D5 off-road tyres

Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone could advise on what off-roads tyres I could purchase to match my existing tyres.
the tyres at the moment are 225/55 R18 98V and I would like to replace them with more aggressive off-road tyres.

If you want to go for off-road tyres, get wheels of size 16X6.5JJ from another Mitsubishi Delica D:5 or a Mitsubishi Outlander, Peugeot 4007 or Peugeot 4008, and then look for tyres of size 215/70R16 to fit those wheels.

I'd just like to confirm this is excellent information. I found some second hand Mitsubishi 16" x 6.5 JJ alloy wheels on eBay and was able to find reasonably priced A/T tyres from Cooper.
 
If you’re looking for an off-road tire - go with 16/17 wheels. 18 you won’t get the rubber under there unless you’ve got a lift. I’m running 235/70/16’s and they work great.

How's that size doing on a highway run?
 
There are a ton of wheel choices if you want to go smaller... doesn't have to be Mitsubishi OEM. We put Ford Crown Victory wheels on my buddies D5... 5x114.3 is a pretty common bolt pattern.348842666_1256290281693416_4155596626671542213_n.jpg
