Full set of L300 Delica dealer workshop manuals 1987-1998

This is the best resource for my van I’ve found yet. I’m having FedEx print and bind the Electrical manual for me. $47, so worth it. The local shop I had put my security system, is also the shop my local mechanic used for installing my glow plug bypass after the install of my 4DBF engine. They made some mistakes and now I’m having issues, having this to give them, I think will solve my problems.

Hi Roger, they have been a great help even though my van is 2004 L300 van. The only sticking point is the ECU. My ECU is a MD358789 and as i have been dealing with an ignition issue when the makes reference to the ECU pinouts they don't correspond to my ECU. I can only conclude due to my ECU being a more recent model. Any help much appreciated.
Phil
Sorry, only have what's in the paper manuals I've scanned

Hey team, is there a chapter for the t-case? There is a little bit of the assembly referenced in the MT chapter but nothing super in depth.

Thanks

Not that I am aware of...
The separate transmission manuals have the most information; particularly the V5M21 book (but there is also some in the other books).

I posted these on the UK MDOCUK forum quite some time ago:

These are PDF scans i did of a full set of original Mitsubishi dealer workshop manuals for L300s with supplements covering years 1987 - 1998 or thereabouts.

There are 42 sections and a few thousand pages all fully named and indexed.

Download Here

Happy reading
Roger
Hello!

I am looking for the stack up in the rear axle. I ordered the seals from rising sun but my mechanic wants to make sure I have every part since he has to break some stuff off to get in there.

What’s all in the rear axle? I’ve had an oil leak for over a year now and I’m ready to sort it out.

Put your chassis/frame number in here, then drill down to the parts

Am I blind or is the P35W simply not included in any of the manuals? Specifically, the General section in the Workshop Manual. I can't say that I can confidently find my vehicle's section.

Roger,

these are great, but they are just images embedded in a PDF file. I did run them through OCR to make them searchable, so you can find anything quickly. If you reach out to me, I'll give you the searchable PDFs to upload. They look the same, but have indexing embedded.

AFAIK P35W and P25W are the same for ~98% of the vehicle, with P35W being the designation for the high roof version. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.
Maybe slightly wrong ;) ... they are more like 99.5% the same; the only difference is the roof (high/crystal-lite or not).

P- new L300 (1988+)
2- Standard body (4WD), 3- High Roof (4WD)
5- 4D56 diesel
W- Wagon (mini-bus/seats in back)

Does anyone have the "Engine Workshop Manual". It's different to 11_Engine as this is a full manual for the rebuild of the motor.

The diesel manuals are 11A-0 and 11B-0. They are in the full manual combined in the resource section as "11A-0/11B-0/11F - Engine Overhaul." They are also separated in the individual files as 11A_ and 11B_ (B is the '93 change). The individual files are also in the resource section, but I think you have to download all of them. If you just want the specific file, I have it here.

Steven, I wanted to publicly thank you and show appreciation and gratitude. this will come in very handy as I plan to rebuild the motor i have at some point.

I rarely venture out to yards but if there's anything further I can do for you in future, please let me know.

EDIT: I've downloaded the additional engine files but it appears they focus on the 16 valve versions of the 4G63. One of the files has information for 8 valve but it's 4g64 which is still somewhat useful.

Have you looked at the 11F manual covering the 4G6 series?

Yes, unless mistaken it covers 4G63 DOHC and 16V SOHC motor. It does cover 4G64 8v which may help but I have some doubts on the information as the engine service manual (11F) says

but the main engine article Delica specific (11) says the following
