Hello im from Zimbabwe in Africa, i have a Delica L300 4WD. The steering is jiving, uncontrollable when it is running,it can be suspension or bushes ?

That's a 1999-2020 Mazda Bongo, which was re-badged as Mazda E-series, Ford Econovan, Mitsubishi Delica Van/Truck, and Nissan Vanette. It doesn't share any parts in common with the L300 Delica.

Shaking steering when driving is probably something in the suspension not being in the position it should be. It could be failed bushes, loose parts, bent steering or suspension parts. The best way to find the fault is to get under the van and inspect all the front suspension parts, looking for signs of damage. Then jack the front up so the wheels are hanging and start shaking the wheels and suspension, looking for anything that moves too much.
