Finally got my snorkel installed. Not too bad for this old girl. Next wanna add lights and install that EGR gauge.

I also got a china group online to modify one of their radiators for the starwagon express for the Delica Diesel. Said maybe in the future they can make the tanks larger if we want instead of 40mm, maybe 50mm thick. Not sure what will be best. Will have to consult you experts. Should be here tomorrow. Just wanna see how it will fit.
I still gotta get a job Kellyn to pay for all of this. Credit is about out lol. My resumes are in circulation and have to so I can do more stuff like you have already done to your Deli.

@Jere Shuler YES. I have the same snorkel waiting to install. Two questions:

1. What did you use to cut the trim on the side panel so the snorkel fit flush?
2. How did you mount it to the exterior, besides obviously the hole that you drill? Sealant on the back/around the sides, etc?

Thanks!

Lol, I used a grinder with a saw blade or small disk. I think I used one with the air compressor. You can use most any type cutter. I used 100%silicone around the snorkel itself. Kellyn is also a great resource. I redid my air filter so it would fit directly to it using pvc. I think others have gone with stainless. Should be some pics. Maybe on the Canadian site, but Kellyn may have posted some also. Next I want a new stainless side exhaust. Post some pics when you are done. Best to you!

Also I did put some screws through the top of the snorkel attaching to the van where the vent is inside. Silicone is holding good. I did about a 1000 mile trek from Florida to Louisiana and all held well.
