Locking old FS threads

Hey Y'all,

One of the upsides to having such a great forum is all sorts of people find it through random Google searches. The downside is there seem to be a high number of FS threads that simply get abandoned.

In light of the new Van FS rules, possible to get a cleanup of existing FS threads from users who clearly aren't active? I feel bad for people who post and will never get a response.
 
That would be a good idea. I try to ensure any time I sell an item be it here or locally, I also update the thread and let potential people know.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean. I have been locking sold threads where the sale is finished. Are you asking for them to also be deleted?

I'm asking for unsold items where the user isn't updating the thread anymore to be locked as well. Examples:

Ahhhh. Well agreed. I went through the list a few weeks ago but it looks as If I've missed some. I will try to enable a flag for moderation feature that will tip the admins off of any user requested questionable content. Thank you for the feedback!

the report button is already operational! just ask people to report these threads and it'll show up in the moderation queue
