I got new rotors

And pads

The van now pulls to the right on a hard brake. Nothing scary but I definitely feel it. I also heard a little scraping sometimes when not braking like they're dragging a little.

The left side brake lines were replaced 2 years ago, wonder if the right side is failing now? Probably original. I would imagine if the left side is working better than right then it'd pull to the left?

Thoughts?

Did you bed the pads in properly? Could just be that the left side pad is not properly bedded and is not providing the same braking force as the pads on the right.

Can you see your rotors through your wheels? One trick I've used is to wet the rotors down and let them flash rust, like when you wash your car. Drive the van around the block and then look at your rotors. If you see lines of rust still on one then you know the pad is not making contact there. I've had new pads with a high spot on it that meant only part of the pad contacted the rotor.

Yes there's a line of rust on both rotors. I must not have bed them correctly. Did I ruin anything or should i try and bed them again.

Nah, you didn't ruin a thing. just need to bed them in better before you get too concerned about one side pulling. How to properly bed pads is as hotly debated a topic on the Internet as what the best oil is, what the best filter is, or 3,000 mile oil change intervals. You'll find about a million different conflicting methods and opinions.

I recently put a new set of pads in my daily driver and followed the pad manufacturer's recommended procedure which seemed to work just fine. You can find it here: https://www.powerstop.com/brake-pad-break-in-procedure/
