New turbo in lower mainland or vancouver island?

Hey all, looking for a new turbo TD04 in bc, wondering if someone might be able to point me in the direction of a quality new or rebuild?

I have a complete Garret Turbocharger available. If you have a pre water cooled turbo engine (pre 1993) you'll have to come up with some fittings to hook up the water cooling if you'd like it to be fully functional but the water cooling is not necessary.
