No power to windows or blower; fuse looks good. Where to look next? 1991 l300

Ah, yeah; it's like there is a short extension plugged into that harness for some reason... I'm guessing the LHD vans don't have it.
 
My van is a RHD, and yes exactly it looks like a small maybe 12 inch extension. I did not expect it, but I’m glad I didn’t start looking for nonexistent electrical issues behind the dash…
 
aw man, thanks for this tip. I even ordered a new driver window motor mechanism and turns out it was that loose harness plug under the dash. reseated it and then added a zip tie to it for safety and now my windows work reliably again!
