Passenger door rattle

My passenger door rattles and seems loose at the latch. Do these latches wear out? *Seems* tight-ish and all of the screws are tight for the latch built into the door. All searches I came across were just for the sliding door :/

Any suggestions are appreciated!

Does the catch have the plastic cover on it? If not, these replacements work.
