Is there a Delica social group in Portland?
I'd be interested in get togethers, swap meets, out door activities and net working.

Check out 4x4 award on Instagram. They put together Camp Grounds which is a Delica, Toyota, coffee and other cool rig hang/campout. I haven’t been able to make it yet but hoping to one day. They seem like really cool peeps
 
Hello! We purchased an L400 a few months , put some $$ into and are now looking at customizing bed/storage/kitchen. Be awesome to get together with some other folks in PDX to exchange ideas.
 
Hello! I’ve just entered the Delica world myself. Did any of you fellow Portlanders experience any issues with registration and/or DEQ? Any advice? Insurance wasn’t too much of a hassle but want to be as prepped as I can for DMV
 
I bought mine from motorcycle warehouse and they took care of everything from deq to dmv. With the amount of delicas on the OR road I can't imagine it is that difficult.
 
Never had issues if prepared. In both Oregon and Washington. Fresh import or previously titled in the U.S.? I've brought in 5, 2 for me, 3 for others. Happy to discuss if you want to DM me.

Just wanted to comment, because my wifes nickname for myself is Al Pal (Alan). Was just in Portland Tuesday/Wednesday to look at a couple Delicas too.

Hopefully you caught some of that sunshine! I was talking to a Gentleman that has a 94 l300 for sale in Bend. I'd asked if he'd do 10k and was up for it, but I ended up going with one that i liked more and was in vancouver and the guy was willing to wait for the weekend so i didn't have to lose my mind in bridge traffic. if you PM i can send you the info if you're interested
 
Hello fellow portlanders and Portland adjective folk,

I know this is a long shot, but does anyone know anywhere in the area that sells belts that would fit an l300?
 
The AC and power steering belts are pretty easy, Napa will have those. The alternator belts are the tricky ones. As far as I have searched, the only set that really works is the matching oem's or imported ones. In a pinch I think you can get some that will work, but I'd order a set. Coombs might be the fastest to ship.

If you don’t mind my asking, which ones do you usually get from Napa? This is my first go of it

Oh dang I didn’t realize that! I’m in walking distance to an O’Reilly, and autozone and completely spaced on Napa!
