Rear ac not blowing

I noticed my rear ac stopped blowing air, I took it upon myself to take apart the under carriage of the rear ac system and found this, not sure if this can be repaired or if have to buy a completely new one, regardless I don't know what this part is called. Does anyone know or can they shed me some enlightenment?

That is the resistor for the blower. I feel like I just read this same question elsewhere.
MB439234 - It's out of production. Best to reach out to Coombs Country since they have a scrap yard, or hit up anyone parting out a van.
