Looking to do my rear drum brakes after I replace the axle seals.Does anyone have a good resource for the parts as Partsouq is currently out.Epic data the parts are ridiculously over priced!Looking for the shoes and a parts kit like springs and clips that would be the usual to replace on an old beast like this

I have L300 rear shoes. I'm *preeetty* sure the rear drum hardware is the same as the 1st gen Montero. Can anyone confirm?

You can look them up to a 87- 90 Mitsubishi van wagon or dodge d50 / Mitsubishi mighty max same years .

I guess it depends on the rear end and year yours is . Mits used Dana on some models. I replaced my pads with the mighty max pads and were exact fit. Mine is a 91. Good luck.

The brake shoes are specific to the delica - I have had bad luck with trying to get parts for the US van - montero same problem. The canadians have them at inflated prices for the US market.Just wondering if anyone knows a parts source similar to parts souq.
They have none at the moment and has anyone tried the many russian parts sites advertising on instagram -?

i love that color combo with those rims and the roof rack!

These fit my '93 P35W (high roof.). About US$80 for a set, (which is about US$15 less than Coombs - prices in their site are listed in Canadian dollars.)

Yeah that's what I have P35W Hightop
Did you order any springs or adjusters when you did your brakes?I would hate to take it apart and find I needed something since this is my daily driver - I am going to order the shoes thanks for the link!

I only ordered the shoes at the time.

Inspecting the brake drums prior to any disassembly is pretty straightforward. Jack up the rear, take tire off, the drums are probably crusted/rusted on the inner drum, but the Mitsubishi engineers planned for that with two threaded holes (M8 1.25, if I remember correctly, a couple of inches long). Just thread those in the side of the drum body and torque them a bit and they'll push against a plate in the inner drum and pop the outer drum off for inspection/service.
