Screw for head light won’t budge

anyone have any tips ? Looks like it was painted over but I can get two out on each side but one on each is stuck . Tried pb blaster like 6 times nothing .

The 'X' on the screw looks like it's filled with a laquer or clear coat or something. Can your screw driver tip bed into the 'X'? Sometimes it helps to tap the screwdriver in from behind, to chip away the crud or paint, to allow the screwdriver to get a grip.

Also, if you take off the side lamps, you can get to the back of the headlight fixture (sort of). Maybe spraying PB from an interior angle will help loosen the screw.
