What do these two lines hook up to? My egr is deleted, if that matters. Before the swap my 4d56 was disassembled by someone other than me, so I couldn't snap reference pics.

That's EGR control... If you don't have an EGR you can delete those solenoids on the firewall (but keep them, they work as replacements for AC control); you can also remove the hard pipes on top of the engine.
 
And I can just splice this blue/grey line to the ac solenoid?

Well, you would splice the line from the vacuum pump to the solenoid controlling that actuator... it's on the left wall of the engine bay near the radiator.
