I searched a bit but couldn't find the size of the vacuum lines on the 4D56. I'm guessing they're 3-5mm inner diameter, but would love to be certain before I pull the trigger on replacements. Thanks all.

Just a word on the silicone hoses, most of the ones I’ve bought have a rough outer texture that picks up a lot of grime. If you can find glossier/smoother outer finishes you’ll thank yourself later.
If you've done the EGR delete, those pipes/hoses don't do anything. You just need to connect the vacuum pump directly to the AC cutoff solenoid (optional actually), and to the brake booster... everything else can be removed.
