Window Deflectors for L300?

Which set do you have? The Russian Ebay type or the .jp auction ones? I too have a set of the smalls just to have on hand because the monsoons are gonna break. Just a matter of time.
The ones I have are not the large, monsoon type

Ahhh, I was wondering if that would be an issue. I will try to reach out to the seller and see if they have a means to buy them at a fixed price, especially if I order multiple.

Got to be careful with yahoo auctions, in the same way you have to be careful with eBay. Might be safer to order one at first, see what you are working with quality wise.

I am in the US, as well. Darn.

How ever we can make it happen. I would definitely like to try em.

Good idea to guinea pig one set, and report back!

I've just found out that the low profile ones (the good ones) can be purchased from Climair in the UK. Not sure if they do international shipping

I would be careful about these because it looks a lot like the ones I saw everywhere and eventually ordered from eBay, only for them to barely not fit.

If someone finds a workaround for the Yahoo Japan ones I'd happily pay up to $200. It's worth it to me for them to be actually mounted in the window and not stuck by 3M tape on the outside.

I actually purchased some from amazon and they were not correct. I see plenty of people may have done the same and got some that didn't work. I'm saving to get a good set in the future but if anyone is adventurous....I heated mine and slowly bent them over the day while working on other projects and they worked well for over a year til they cracked in the cold. Just a though.

They were sent to me by a fellow Delican in the uk, says they clip to the window fairy easily.

If I remember right, I ordered a set last year from a local auto parts store here in Japan. They back orders for a but but were more like factory replacements, not adhesive. Also the not the big hurricane deflectors, the other size. I can check the stocks here and ask the base USPS about shipping costs.

We're on a 2 week base restriction due to local health mitigation measures. I'll check once we can go out again.

You can get them from this company in the UK
https://www.climairuk.com not sure if they ship to the states I have them on my van and they just slot in no tape or sticking. It's a bit awkward getting it in as it's a tight fit. When I got mine I ordered from there German site as I don't think there was a UK one at the time. It's under l300 not delica. Ive had them on about 7 years and no problems.

I found these on yahoo auctions but they are not cheap... but then again I don't now what a good price to be.

I can ship USPS from Japan if interested.
I forgot to post a bit of info for these. My van friend in Japan who handles a lot of Delicas said these are bunk. He tears them off and throws em away if he gets one in with them. Too dark and blocks tour visibility.

Any chance he has a lead on rear leafs? Having a heck of a time on Okinawa trying to find replacements. Apparently there isn't anyone on the island that can rebend them either.

They fit really well no clips or any thing else, you have to bend them a bit to get them in witch is a bit nerve racking. But they did not brake and are in very sung. They work great when it's hot and raining as I have no air con

A few routes to look into.

Try looking into shops that work on old cars, classic cars. They may be able to lead you to someone who does rebuild springs. That may be off island though. If there is a shop that does custom springs, they should be able to refurb, if not option 2 is a new custom built pack.

OEM are no longer available. So don't bother that route.

Some people have gotten helper springs with success. I would imagine ride quality will suffer some.

You may reach out to T3 or Delica Works Int'l and see about getting a heavy duty main leaf to swap into the pack. That would help but not entirely fix the fact that you have tired springs elsewhere.

I would personally stay away from altering any leaf pack that was not designed for our rigs. I just folded my set of ironman, by removing a leaf to get it to a normal ride height.

i just ordered a set of these and will let you all know how they work out. it was not cheap ~ $150 usd
Must have been quiet a lot on shipping. As it's only £45 here ($60). Hope they are what your looking for.

They just arrived and I installed them. Simple to install yet elegant. It’s pitch black or if post a picture. I’m pretty happy so far
