Japanese Classics in Richmond VA also get them occasionally.

I would recommend going in-person to look at any van you plan to purchase, and be familiar with the issues that 25+ year old L300s are prone to. Online purchases without seeing the van up close are a recipe for sadness. You're buying a used car, and those dealerships just want to sell as fast as possible, occasionally resulting in vans being sold that need significant work or have serious rust issues.
