To say this Delica is in good condition would be an understatement. It turned 30 this year and only shows minimal interior and exterior wear. Very low miles for a van its age and as it is a diesel it has the majority of its life ahead of it. It was imported to Canada at some point in its life and was obviously kept inside and rarely driven. All original interior carpeting and curtains. The dash and other interior moulding (prone to going bad in these vehicles) is in pristine condition. It has original paint and graphics which have aged extremely well, both is condition and aesthetic (they look badass). It comes with a kayak rack.
It was imported to the US by Nomadic Vans in Sun Valley, ID in 2020. They do mostly Delica importation and modification and went over the vehicle with a fine-toothed comb, updating a ton of work on it. I listed their work below as well as all subsequent work we did in CO. We did all the legwork of getting it registered in Colorado so there is no importation or registration issues with this vehicle. It is documented to get on the road immediately. We also made a number of aftermarket mods for better winter starting and a new aluminum radiator. Starts and runs like a top. Has obviously been babied by all previous owners.
These are 4X4 vans and can get further than almost any other camper-style van rig on the market.
The Chamonix is the “winter edition” with extra insulation for warmth and a beefed up starting assembly for cold starts.
