95 L400 Air Conditioning Refill

I would like to get my AC topped off for 95 L400 Chamonix . I am not sure if I have R12 or R134. I also willbe looking for the fill valves. Does anyone have some idea where to start and I would also love to find a someone who could do the refill on the West coast of the US. Would loveay suggestions on where to get started. TY
