I just ordered new 24mm torsion bars from the Hyundai H100 which fit the L300. Cost $55 ea + $79 shipping, waaay cheaper than Dobinsons.
The left side is part #5415043160, right side is 5416043160

Here's a surprise... I just got a shipping notice. They are being sent Fed-Ex and are scheduled to arrive on Monday! I chose the cheap shipping option (3-4 wks) and I should have them w/in 9 days from the date I ordered them!

Even more interested! Once you confirm you have them and they fit I'll definitely be ordering some.

Well, they showed up today! That was a lot quicker than anticipated.

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong torsion bar for the left side... didn't pay close enough attention :( The left one I ordered is the same 20mm torsion bar that is stock on our vans.
So now I'll have to wait for the replacement to show up and I'm out another $135 (shipping for one is the same $79). I updated the original post with the part numbers and deleted the invoice picture so no-one will get confused.

@sk66 Do these work without a lift for a stock height Deli?

These will themselves dictate the ride height of the van. They work on any L300.
When properly adjusted the ride height is the same... unless you adjust them to the 2wd spec, which is the version which uses 24mm torsion bars.

FWIW, my second order from them sat in the queue for quite a while. I ended up calling their service # in Michigan and then the order progressed/shipped.

Just put the 24mm torsion bars on today and am super impressed. The bounce is pretty much gone when going over large bumps. I went on a drive down some notoriously bad and bumpy roads where normally I’d have to slow way down or brace for a pogo ride but the van absorbed the bumps.

I first started with new Rancho 9000 fronts, then air shocks in the rear and now the torsion bars. This is a must do for a better ride.

Also a tip to removing and installing the bars. After you remove the nuts and pull the bars out of the splines there’s a rubber flap under the front wheel well. The allows you to easily remove and install the bar.

Holy crud. I just priced the Torsion Bar upgrade from FourGreen and was quoted...

1 x 5415043160 - BAR-FRONT SUSPENSION TORSION LEFT SIDE @ $55.07
1 x 5416043160 - BAR-FRONT SUSPENSION TORSION RIGHT SIDE @ $55.07
Subtotal: $110.14
Shipping: $159.70 (Estimate. Large volume may require additional charges)
Sales Tax: $0.00
Order Total: $269.84

Uh, was thinking that shipping should have been $79(ish) for both, not each!

That is because it is coming FedEx from Korea. Shipping info for mine says it left on the 10th and will be here on the 13th. (ordered on Nov. 29). I guess still cheaper than the other option -which looks to me to be $420US plus shipping from Australia, which would likely be the same, if not higher.
